Do I need a special certification or background to use it?
No. The program is built for certified fitness professionals and can be implemented immediately after completing the included educational modules. You’ll also have access to a 50-question quiz and certificate recognizing you as an Injury Prevention Shoulder Specialist.

How does this fit into the Training, Nutrition, and Recovery model?
The Shoulder Pain Solution supports AF’s Recovery pillar by teaching coaches how to deliver safe, effective, movement-based sessions that complement existing strength and nutrition programs. It helps your club offer a complete, holistic member experience.
How long does it take to learn and start using the program?
Most coaches begin applying what they learn within a few sessions of study. The program is structured in short, clear modules that make it easy to understand, practice, and apply inside your current training schedule.

Each individual program license is designed for one coach account. However, if your club joins the Club Package, your entire team can access all courses, programs, and implementation tools, plus receive weekly coaching from The Mobility Recipe. What if our club already offers mobility or stretching sessions?

Do we need any special equipment?
No. All sessions are designed for minimal or no equipment, so they can be performed anywhere in the club using bodyweight and basic tools like a fitness mat, dowel rod, or a chair.

Does this program provide Continuing Education Credits (CECs)?
Yes. Participants who complete the quiz can submit for CECs through NASM, AFAA, ACE, or ISSA. Full accreditation is in progress.
