About Ruston Webb, MS, FMS II, TPI-CGFI III

Ruston Webb, a former college sprinter, turned his frustration with recurring hamstring injuries into a lifelong mission to understand human movement and empower others to move better, recover faster, and stay injury-free.
​
The setbacks he faced as an athlete revealed a major gap in traditional fitness and recovery methods and ignited his pursuit to bridge it. That drive led him to earn a Master’s degree in Human Movement and over sixteen advanced certifications, including Titleist Performance Institute Level III Golf Fitness Instructor and Advanced Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Ruston’s impact extends beyond coaching. In 2011, he co-authored an exercise science curriculum for Heritage College with the American Council on Exercise, helping shape future generations of fitness professionals. His expertise has been featured on the Colorado Today Show and in educational training series recognized across the industry.
As an international speaker and keynote presenter, Ruston teaches The Mobility Recipe’s certifications at universities, private fitness clubs, and industry conferences worldwide. He collaborates with some of the top physical therapists and movement specialists in the world to connect the dots between clinical care and the fitness industry, ensuring coaches have the tools and systems to make recovery approachable, effective, and profitable inside their clubs.

After owning and managing a successful gym for over a decade, Ruston founded The Mobility Recipe. A breakthrough system that equips fitness professionals with the education and done-for-you programming to deliver effective movement-based recovery training. The Mobility Training Specialist Certification became the cornerstone of this approach, redefining how coaches integrate mobility and recovery inside their clubs.
